Endodontic Treatments
Dr. Ferreira qualified in Glasgow in 1990, working in general practice for four years, before embarking on more challenging roles working in Oral Maxillo Facial departments at hospitals in Norfolk and Bristol. During this time, Dr. Ferreira developed a special interest in endodontics and went on to gain his MSc from Guy's (London).
Our Specialist Endodontist, Dr Jude Ferreira welcomes referrals from professional colleagues, as well as treating patients of the practice who are experience infections that effect the nerves of a tooth.
The root canals inside the tooth are cleaned until they are free from infection and then filled with a special filling. This is often completed over 2 visits.
Dr Ferreira treats more complex cases and prepares a root filled tooth for internal bleaching procedures.
