Dental Hygienist & Dental Therapist

Sophie has been involved in the dental profession since 2010, firstly qualifying as a Dental Surgery Assistant. Then going on to qualify as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist in 2017 at The University of Leeds, where she was presented the "Clinical Competency" award on graduating and also gained the first prize for her dental research during her time at University.

Joining the team in March 2020, Sophie enjoys treating patients of all ages and ensures every patient is treated in a caring, relaxing and friendly environment tailored to the individual needs of each patient. She has a gentle approach to dental hygiene, ensuring that all her patients have the knowledge, support and tools to maintain a healthy smile.

Sophie is a member of British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT) and the British Association of Dental Therapists (BADT) and is always updating her knowledge with Continued Professional Development courses.
